Save style sheets with the same name but in different formats in a central preference file. Using ex Reform, each set can be used for the same unformatted text to be multiply formatted by a mouse click (for instance, three different layouts for one TV program where the information is the same). The entire document is newly formatted for each layout type. The style sheets are character based. The preference file can be kept on a central server so that all workstations have access to the same preferences.
