With the Copy Grabber XTensions module, cut, copy, or paste an entire column of tabular copy — don't delete columns one line at a time — move them whole. Like all of the Grabber XTensions modules, Copy Grabber is incredibly easy to use. Select Copy Grabber from the QuarkXPress tool palette and drag a marquee around the column to be changed. Release the mouse and a dialog box appears enabling the user to cut or copy all text within the selected area. Click the desired button, or use the Copy Grabber shortcut keys to complete the process.
In an instant remove a column, or copy it to the clipboard. To paste a column, just place the cursor where the column is to be inserted and hit Command-Option-V. Copy Grabber will automatically insert and position the text column like magic. Perfect for catalog work, annual reports, or anything else involving tabular composition.
